Cabrinha will release the 16th edition of the Switchblade in 2023. This makes it one of the best-known kites in performance freeride and big air kitesurfing. For this year Cabrinha has made some new adjustments to the kite, time for even more performance and higher jumps!

The 5-struts kite has gone through a lot of changes, and Cabrinha did not disappoint us this year either. With the introduction of a Hybrid frame and HTD Lite material, the kite has improved in terms of performance and has become a lot lighter. Due to the lighter frame and the cleverly placed materials, the kite now reacts even faster to input from the rider, which not only increases maneuverability in lighter winds, but also control and responsiveness in higher winds. This makes the kite perfect for big air boosting and loops, but beginners and freeriders can also enjoy the Switchblade. Widely applicable! In addition to the changes, the kite still feels very reliable and does what you can expect from it. This means: easy to relaunch, easy to control and a playful character.
