The burning question is of course; what has changed on the kite? First of all, the name HTF; this stands for Hybrid Torsion Frame, a new concept created by Reedin that works like this: stiffness is created in the center of the frame by using DP darcon, exactly where you want it. If we follow the leading edge towards the tip, we encounter the so-called “torsion zone”. Here we find FlexLite dacron that twists easily, making the kite turn faster and better. Then we arrive at the tips that react very immediately, which provides more control. This completes the SuperModel. Furthermore, it kites as you are used to from Reedin; comfortable and playful combined with a lot of control, not to forget to mention the wind range.
