The Starboard IQFoil is the official board for the 2024 Olympic class. This IQFoil 85 version is aimed at juniors and ladies and has basically the same concept as the IQFoil 95, but with the necessary adjustments for lighter users.

With a width of 85cm, this board is easier to control for lighter and smaller users. Thanks to the different inserts, you can set your own stance and get the most out of the race. If the conditions are not right, you can easily swap the foil for a fin (or vice versa). Especially for sailing with the fin, the rail cutaway sizes are reduced, this has dramatically improved the performance. Furthermore, this IQFoil 85 is built in a Starlite construction. This makes it more precise and impact resistant compared to the Carbon Reflex construction.

Because this board is used in the Olympic class, everyone must sail the same. The women and youth a 8.0m2 sail with 66 cm fin and the juniors the 6.0 setup. If you go from junior to youth you have to buy a sail two m2 bigger and a new front wing.
