Severne mast blue line

Severne has always been the stubborn brand of the surfing world. They have taken a different approach when it comes to working methods and so with the masts. The Red masts are made of 100% carbon, Blue masts are 90% carbon and the Yellow masts are 75% carbon.

Severne is known for their high quality / price ratio and you can see that reflected in the masts. As with any brand, the amount of carbon ensures weight reduction and the rigidity of a mast. The more carbon, the lighter and the faster your sail will jump back to its original state after, for example, a flurry or freestyle trick.

The camber sails from Severne are recommended with an SDM mast, all wave / freestyle sails with an RDM mast. The choice between a red / blue / yellow line mast is entirely up to the customer. If you want to get everything out of your set, we of course recommend the red line. Are you an average freerider who wants to enjoy cruising, then you can take the Yellow line.

 

This mast RDM mast consists of 90% carbon, good for the ultimate windsurfing experience. The sail will feel a bit smoother than with a 100% carbon. The 90% carbon masts are also slightly stronger than the 100% and are therefore recommended for wave surfers among us.
