The Sonar MA1200 is a true crossover wing with real performance in every foiling discipline. So you can use the Sonar MA1200 for kite, surf and wing foil. The MA1200 is great for sensitive foil surfing in medium to large waves and has a smooth carvy feel. The predictable lift the foil gives gives you time to find a comfortable position without fighting to keep the nose down as the foil accelerates. So you can stay in the same position over the entire speed range. The Sonar reflex wings have a relatively large surface area, making them highly controllable, with incredible roll and pitch stability. Usually a large wing means more drag, so less speed. But because you can place the reflected wings on the fuselage with a lower angle of attack, they feel smaller than they are in terms of their speed range and responsiveness. A reflected wing gives you impressive control over the entire speed range, with extreme top speeds unheard of for a wing of that size.
