The best possible performance for your sail. Great acceleration, a super light feel and absorbing the toughest conditions for optimal comfort and control. The “S” stands for sonic reflex. An extra layer of carbon has been applied to the top of the mast. This will enhance the reflex on the top part of the sail. The main structure consists of 3 layers of carbon material. 2 unidirectional glass reinforcement profiles have been added to the mast to ensure that the mast is protected against breakage even under harsh conditions. When the gusts of wind hit the sail, the mast helps convert this power into speed and keep the sail light while maintaining full control.

When purchasing the right mast you have to look at the specifications of the sail. Do you sail the brand with an SMD / RDM diameter? And which curve does the sail use.
Most users will use the standard (SDM) mast. If you are wave or freestyle, grab an RDM mast. The masts are also available in different carbon percentages. The higher the carbon percentage, the lighter your sail set will feel and the better the performance.
