The unique thing about the Neo Hood is that this hood is 2mm thick around your head area and 1mm in the neck. This provides sufficient warmth and flexibility. To close the hood properly, ION has opted for an elastic cord which you can easily adjust. There are also 3 small holes around the ears for better hearing.
