The Gecko HRS board is a very popular board among the novice and slightly advanced windsurfers. HRS stands for High Resistance Skin which means that the board is slightly sturdier than other boards, this is perfect for when you are a lot on the water to practice your windsurfing skills. The windsurf board offers many opportunities to grow from a novice windsurfer to a slightly advanced windsurfer. The board has the option to adjust the foot straps so that you can set them to your preference / level. The board is very stable because the volume is perfectly distributed over the board. The Gecko HRS is available in different amounts of liters. If you are looking for extra stability in a board, it is better to go for a board with more liters.
The windsurf set contains the Gaastra Hybrid sail, which can be perfectly combined with the Fanatic Gecko windsurf board. The sail is designed for freeride windsurfing, but the sail can also be used for wave windsurfing. The sail has an X-ply window which makes the sail extra strong and durable. The Gaastra Hybrid sail is available in many different sizes. Before you buy a sail, take a good look at your level and the wind conditions that you often sail with, and make a choice based on that.
