The protector works like this: When you drop your sail you will quickly find dents and scratches in your board without a protector. This is of course not what you want. By using the Surfbent you will not be bothered by this. When you drop the sail, this protector will ensure that your sail does not hit the nose of your board with full power. This prevents a lot of misery and allows you to continue surfing! By the way, you will not be bothered by the Surfbent thanks to its light weight and position beneath the mast.

Good to know! The Surfbent does not work with concave / recessed decks. It is also not guaranteed that your board will remain intact when the sail falls very hard. We also recommend using a tendon mast base.
