The lightweight APEX IQfoil mast from Severne has a Carbon percentage of 90% for extra durability and optimal reflex.
The higher the carbon content, the longer the mast’s reflex time will be. This means that the mast jumps back into shape faster, so you have a more responsive mast. A higher percentage of carbon on the other hand also means that the mast will be more sensitive to blows and damage.
